"A few words to say how much we enjoyed staying in Brae house and how much we enjoyed Polbain and the surrounding area.
It was such a pleasure to go kayaking, fishing, rock climbing, hiking, and swimming and so close to the door step.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves."
Richard, Megan and family.
"A cosy welcoming wee cottage with everything we needed and stunning views of the summer isles, an ideal location for exploring the coigach peninsula and meeting the friendly locals ....a wee gem of a holiday hideaway....can’t wait to return."

"What a revitalising time in your dear, beautifully renovated wee croft house....we were so tired and very ready for a break......thank you so much. It was such a delight to be living in it....and that breath-taking, stunning view and the cosy fire in the evenings from that icy north wind..........wonderful!
Thank you again Pauline for this happy, happy time....would love to go again."

"Alison and I had a great time (whatever the weather was at any given time) and hope to return sometime in 2010. I loved setting the fire for our return each day… there is nothing to beat curling up in front of a roaring fire, with a glass of wine a good book and some good company. Many thanks
Stuart & Alison (beachcomber in waiting)."

"The cottage was first class …show house condition, an ideal base for us as kayakers."

"We had a fantastic holiday, not least because of the lovely cosy croft you have created. We enjoyed the log burner, and the lovely old sycamore tree, which the bees found irresistible. The view was superb and on a couple of days we took it all in from the patio.
We really appreciated having a utility room large enough to take our bikes and a lovely comfy bedroom. The kitchen was well suited to our needs as we cooked most nights.
We were lucky to find Brae house at such short notice, and we will definitely “borrow” it again for another holiday."
